Chains are one of our main products, we exported them for many years all over the world. All the customers were satisfied to them. But to our surprise, we receive a complaint from one of our customers in Australia.

The customer said the chains get stuck in the process of using the rolling shutter door, causing the equipment to stop automatically. So the chains were required twist/rotation should not be greater than 90°over 4M length. If not, the chain will cause the equipment to be stopped automatically.

We hold a meeting immediately. Knowing the special usage from the customer, we reopened the mould, add the adjustment process. We sent another shipment to the customer, then finally get the approval.

This time, the chains are no problem and can smoothly through the rolling shutter door.
